The model is white has an emblemQ/A on it and a code number APM3120

  • Have just fitted new door seals to our 18yr old Zanussi. The rubber seal came with four Metal Corner Inserts which after cutting the seal to the instructed length are inserted into the new seal. The same inserts have a tang on the back which locate into a hole at each corner. Easy as falling off a log!! By Anonymous - Hereford - 23 April 2009

Hi, this can fit on either the door or oven proper, wherever your model's seal in placed.

Answer this question

The seal around my Tecnik oven (model 195/3) is just stretched into place and not held with clips. Would I be able to glue this universal seal on instead?? Thankyou for your advice

Hi, you can give glue a go, I'd recommend this stuff: http://www.espares.co.uk/part/cookers-and-hobs/p/1092/0/0/0/914819/glass-sealant---310ml.html

Hi Punkchef I think user Dadio34 answers this one best so I'll quote him on this: 'You need to cut and angle rubber to size. If clips don't fit corners then you need to drill your cooker. Simple job just take time to measure out.'

Answer this question

Should the seal drop in the middle when the oven gets heated?

By simo - - 02 January 2009
  • If your seal drops you could have not cut length short enough so there is not enough tension hence the heat will cause the rubber seal to expand and sag By dadio34 - west midlands - 05 January 2009
Answer this question

This oven door seal has slightly rounded off corners and the seal doesn't meet at the bottom. There are also two side seals on the outer edges of the cooker casing. Including these two side seals the length of seal required appears to be approx 2.5m. There are four corner clips and six end clips required too.

  • The corners are the same as mine the clips will not fit so i drilled my cooker in corners to allow clips to fit By dadio34 - west midlands - 05 January 2009
