hi if washing maching is not draining, could a possible cause of this be to do with the cluster button assembly.. I have already tried a new pump in the machine machine hoover hnf7148-80

    It could be a problem with the drain hose. Make sure it's not blocked and is at a height to allow water to drain out through it from machine.

  • I did not take the front panel completly off as one catch was below the soap dispenser. There are six snap on the front panel holding the button holding assembly, two top and bottom and one each side. With a small screwdriver these can be lifted to allow the holding assembly to be lifted clear, after unclipping the cable and the new buttons fited By John - Oxon - 15 December 2011
