what could be the problem and how do i sort it

  • i had the same problem it was a blocked filter .Unscrew the filter on the front right side and remove the obstruction By Anonymous - - 08 April 2012
  • You need to switch off and re-set the dial to the position of one of the 3 'dots' around the display which are at the end of each programme. Switch back on and this should re-set for you, the light will flicker to show the programme end. You should then be able to re-start as normal. No blockages can be seen in any pipes and pump is working by pumping out the water coming in. Tried switching off and setting to "dot" but same thing happens.

    If the machine resets for a short time then try on a rinse cycle. If will not reset (turn off, select dot and turn on) then the fault may be the module. If you require the module it is likely that it will need professional programming requiring specialist equipment.
