We'd like to use 2 of these instead of the single drawer that came with our bosch fridge freezer. We find the single wide drawer is too cumbersome and prone to breaking.

I understand your problem although it isn't possible for us to provide you with the dimensions of the drawer. This information isn't provided to us by the manufacturer as it would involve someone in their warehouse personally measuring it by hand. Sorry for the inconvenience.
If only one, how do I specify left or right?

The price quoted is for one drawer only, there should be no difference between the left and the right drawers.
