Regarding the joining piece. Is this for joining the hose that feeds the lance? Can it be used to repair split hose?

Hi Oggie, this piece fits in the washer itself, and is not the part you're after. If you quote me your model number and eight digit production number, I'll be able to find the part you're after.
karcher 3.91 pressure washer leaks, as far as i can see from behind the on/off switch where the top of the soap dispenser connects with the white coloured switch housing,also the motor makes a surging sound when not spraying any ideas thanks jay
