Fan Motor Assembly

If you are noticing that the air being produced in your fridge or freezer is not being circulated around the inside of the appliance, it could be due to a faulty motor.

The motor is located behind the fan blades, and ensure that cold air is produced - to help keep the food stored at the correct temperature. With this replacement spare motor from eSpares, you will soon be back to a fully working fridge or freezer in no time!

I am attempting to replace the condenser fan on an Hotpoint/Indesit FF92N. The serial number of the fridge freezer is 94175382. The original part was manufactured by an Italian company called Plaset (Mod. 13281) I have searched various websites for this part however it has been discontinued and the alternative part does not fit the mount. If this the correct part, do you provide an alternative mount that fits this part. I also require the fan/blade.

Answer this question

Is it likely to be a broken fan as cold air is not getting from the freezer to the fridge compartment. Model No. FF80P - Serial No. 49116225. Type R134A

It is more likely to be a build up of ice below the evaporator and in the duct supplying cold to the fridge cavity. Gently remove the cover and clear any ice or completely defrost for 48 hours with the door open and retry.
