Hi I have bought this part from yourselves but the attached video does not match the part. The washing machine is a Candy WM1000x. The part received is an exact replica so that’s great. We clicked off the top cover and removed the nut. Are there screws situated in the 2 holes either side of the nut. We are unable to see as the holes are deep,or should the dial just pull off. The old dial still works but all the writing has worn away so we are unable to read the wash settings. Hope you can help.

you must remove the knob that fits into the middle of the indicator before you can fit this. It should 'click' off, and then this part can be 'clicked' into the corresponding hole in the front fascia.

Answer this question

Thanks to Rory. Can I remove Knob from front or do I have to go into the machine? Having difficulty removing from front.

Hi Bassoon, you must remove the knob that fits in to the middle of the indicator before you can fit this. It should 'click' off, and then this part can be 'clicked' in to the corresponding hole in the front fascia. You shouldn't have to go in to the machine though.

Hi Bassoon In order to fit this knob indicator, you must remove the knob that sits on top of this one, remove your original indicator, then slot in to place in the control panel.
