The attachment works like a mouli, great in any household; a mouli not only purees food but will remove seeds and the husks from a large variety of fruits and vegetables. The mouli mill is durable as it has been manufactured from high quality stainless steel. Included is a choice of two separate discs, the medium plate has mesh built into the bowl that helps when creating mashed potato and other mashed goods. The smaller disc is perfect when making a smooth and tasty pizza sauce from tomatoes, along with creating fruit purees. There is also a funnel included, this is to place the smaller fruits and vegetables for storage before processing. 

The food mill comes with three blades which can be used depending on how fine you want your food. With a choice between a coarse, medium and a fine blade to ensure your puree is the perfect consistency. The mill is easy to clean, this is because it has been designed to be dishwasher safe, however it is recommended to wash under 40°C.
