If your Kenwood Chef Sense Kitchen Machine is showing as having full power status, but its Main Bowl attachments aren't working, then it could be that there is a problem with the drive system.
Inside the machine, the motor is positioned vertically to provide a direct drive for running the high-speed liquidiser attachment. A belt is then connected to the direct drive to run the gearbox located in the head of the machine - allowing the speeds to be reduced when using the bowl and slow speed attachments (such as the food mincer) to work powerfully. If the belt is not correctly transferring power to the gearbox, then the slow speed Main Bowl attachments may not work.
Replace a worn, smoothed or broken Pulley, and ensure that the power reaches your attachments correctly, and carry on on being creative with your mixer.
