As mentioned in a previous response, the problem is often the rotor rather than the motor; but in our case, there seems to have been some damage not just the rotor impeller blades but has also to the housing so that the pumping efficiency is impaired. So we need to replace both motor and rotor. I can't tell from the description if the rotor is a separate part.

We have added images to this part, the rotor assembly is Stock Number: ES1563253
how easy is this part to fit and does it need any other parts replacing ie seals whilst its being replaced 1 Answer

The problem with these motors is not usually the part you indicate but the Motor Rotor Assembly which lifts out inside the draw under the covers. Check that these spin freely and if only one draw motor is playing up swap with the other draw to prove faulty.
