i have a jet stream elite s iron which the steam does not work bought the anti scale cartlidge which i thougt was the problem but no luck so i thought it might be the tank . can you help 1 Answer

If you have not replaced the Anti-scale cartridges regularly the machine is liable to be blocked up with lime-scale. You now will need to try and remove this scale build up by using a product like Stock Number: ES1541155. Follow instructions on the bottle.
