      Item was not the correct fitting for our Shark Hoover. Have sent 2 emails requesting a Returns Label and still no reply from either email. After sending review am email to say a refund was sent to my Mam for the incorrect item. This was very much appreciated,, but better communication would have prevented a bad 1st review. Thank you
