Thanks for your previous reply, as my (new) Grill Element does not heat up to maximum is it most likely the Selector Switch or the Top Oven Thermostat ( The Top Oven works ok ). I don't really want to waste money buying the wrong part. Or would there be any other reason !! Top Oven Thermostat In Stock Stock Number: ES1387695 Regards.

    It is most likely to be the thermostat as this is usually left in circuit. When the cavity gets hot it will cut off until the temperature drops. Prove this by starting on full and confirm that the element heats to 'cherry red' for a couple of minutes until the ambient temperature rises.
