Tumble Dryer Heater Assembly

If your clothes are still cold and damp after a cycle in your tumble dryer, don’t fret as eSpares are here to help.

A faulty element will impact how dry your clothes are during the cycle. The element is responsible for creating the heat that will dry the clothes within your appliance, so without this part working properly your tumble dryer won't be drying properly. With the help of eSpares, you could soon be able to get your tumble dryer in full working order, so your clothes will always be fresh and dry whenever you need them

Please Note: for certain models this part is serial number dependent. Please take a note of the full details from your appliance data plate including whether there is a round blue sticker next to the data plate, and contact our Call Centre to ensure this is the correct heater for your dryer.

If your dryer is a condenser unplug it and remove the large fan cover and heater assembly from the back. If there is signs of damage to the heater. If there is a trace of water (less than a teaspoonful is enough) when you remove the cover then this would blow on to the element and cause the house earth trip to cut out. Dry out and make sure the pump is lifting the water up to the container. Start on 'cool down' and allow to dry before retrying on 'dry' after a few minutes.
