we have a bulb gone in the lamp and have purchased the bulb from you however we need to reove the lamp from the hood to replace the bulb and have no idea how to remove it snd have no instruction

This lamp assembly cannot be dismantled to replace the bulb and has to be replaced as a complete unit. To release it from the hood squeeze the spring metal tabs on either side to allow them to pass through the fixing hole and remove it.
