      Great customer service, I but lots of parts and never had reason to return or cancel an order. This time I bought a part and I realised the delivery date didn't suit my need and cancelled. They were very helpful and the process was so quick and easy, it was much appreciated. Will continue to buy all my appliance parts from espares, thank you for the great customer service.

      Terrible customer service.
      I purchased a belt for my lawnmower that was recommended for the make and model. The motor belt snapped almost instantly after installing. After getting the lawn mower inspected by two different qualified individuals I was told it was a faulty motor belt. Numerous times I have tried to contact espares to no satisfactory result.

      replacement freezer door…
      I ordered a replacement freezer door for a Hotpoint fridge freezer on 28th May with delivery within 4 days. I received the correct part exactly as described and it was delivered within 2 days. No problem with additional VAT or customs charges.
