Can you please give me an idea of the resistance my ohm meter should read on a 'good' fan element before I order a new one.( Smeg Model A2)

Hi, I have experience changing fan oven elements from espares for ourselves and friends, but today I looked at my first SMEG which has rear fixings. An engineer changed her fan element a few months ago but now it fails to heat up but the fan works. The element looks as new - no burn holes or blistering. It is a 11 year old Model A2 with 6 gas burners a large electric oven with fan and a small oven to the right. With digital display.

A typical element will measure between 20 and 30 ohms. A faulty element will be considerably higher than this.
