will a faulty module course an F 01 code ?
my Ariston AIB16 will not operate on any program and after 10 seconds it gives a F 01 fault code,and only the water pump operates continually, I have inspected all the components and found a burnt hole in the middle of the module circuit board, would this be the problem or could this be due to a fault in another component?.

F01 refers to the machine has detected an error in the motor triac which is based inside the module, test the motor circuit with a multimeter to determine if something has caused the board to blow.
