When cooking a turkey,my oven just knocks off totally two or three times over the cooking period ,total panick for the wife on Xmas day and sometimes when doing Yorkshire puddings. Will this be a dodgy thermostat or is there an overheating stat.
Electrolux end 982 double oven, built in.

Check there is good ventilation around the oven or to the back if built in as this sounds like a overheating issue rather than a thermostat problem.
