Does this bracket come with the small clip at the back to enable you to tighten the screw? Mine has sheared in half.

Hi Pat, this bracket comes as pictured; sans screw I'm afraid. To find the screw you're after, search your cooker's model number in the bar at the top of the page to list all parts available for it.
