will a new door seal be the answer to prevent condensation outside my fridge freezer

I get a small collection of water in the top of the freezer door rim and condensation on the outside of the fridge door. Would a new door seal on the fridge section prevent this problem?

Condensation in the air is forming on the cod surface of the door skins. This is not likely to be the problem of the fridge and should be tackled by improving the air flow in the area to take away the condensation from the atmosphere around it.
