Can you describe this part?

So I was wondering if this is the little circuit board part that connects behind the dispenser tray, as theres a possibility that this is my problem rather than the element itself. We keep getting lights 2 and 4 flash but only on the drying cycle. The water still heats up fine for the wash. These lights apparently mean a heating circuit problem, though the element still seems to work great.

The error code indicates a heating element fault although it is heating the water. It is possible the element is going 'open circuit' as it heats up, effectively the only way to prove this is by replacement.
