creda colonial 48189 top oven not regulating

i have replaced thermostat and not solved problem could it be the the top oven switch that is at fault

    If you have replaced the top oven thermostat and the oven still heats without regulation it is possible that there is a contact that has welded on the switch. As this is an open skeleton type it should be easy to check visually that the contacts are all moving or if one has welded closed.
