I have two neff ovens which are only a few months old. All racks and support racks are covered in heavy rust. According to Neff I should not have used the dishwasher or the Mr Muscle oven cleaner to clean them. I should only have used soapy water which is nonsense. They admitted the racks and supports are only coated in rust proof steel which is a unfortunate proof of poor quality. I was not expected such a low quality product having paid top quality price for both ovens (over £1,100). All ovens I have ever own in my life have had pure steel support as it should be since they are meant to bare heavy cleaning product. I now find myself having to replace all grids and supports. Four supports and FOur shelves. A lot of money. Please let me know if also this product is not in pure steel.
