I have removed hinges from neff oven door, but stupidly closed the release mechanism, so now can't open the hinge to put back on door. How do I open it?

Is there a part on the hinge that I can access whilst the hinge is in " closed" position, in order to open it again?

Be very careful as if the hinges slip as you adjust the lock the spring pressure is likely to injure you if it snaps closed on your fingers. Try opening slightly with a flat bladed screwdriver and 'pack with a drill bit to remain slightly open. Then find some metal tubing to go over the hinge 'tongue' to lever it to the open position before some one flips the hinge catches into the locked position using a screwdriver.
