i have just purchased and fitted a door seal gasket on my freezer section of the bosch kgu31124gb/01 it seems to be fitted correctly but it wont seal the door properly resulting in frostinf occuring in the freezer

- Use a hair drier,(with seal in position) to make it supple, but not too hot. Make sure the seal slot is clean.
