Should the temperature limiter on my Bosch WTL6103/GB be normally closed?
My WTL6103/GB tumble dryer is blowing cold air only. The two heating elements showing the correct resistance on my multi-meter, and the thermostat in line with them is normally closed at room temperature, but the temperature limiter is open circuit at room temperature. Presumably it should be normally closed and therefore I need to replace it?
