Technical advice
I have looked at this part before and before we ordered it we partly took it out of the cabinet to see where the access was to replace it. We didn't take it out fully as we didn't want to disconnect the electric. We couldn't see any access on the top or to the side and guessed it wouldn't be from the back. I don't think we checked underneath. Can you give us some help with instructions as to how this part is replaced

It is important to disconnect the appliance before attempting to remove covers and work on to prevent the danger of electric shock. It is likely you will access this part by removing the cabinet top and possibly the control panel itself.
