I have a hotpoint fridge/freezer but cannot access the model no. The fridge will not hold its temperature. I have geased the seal with vaseline and it is better. So is it the seal ??
The size of the seal is W.502 L 707 Can you supply please with instructions on how to fit Thank you Alan Coldicott

If the door is not sealing it will allow warm air to enter the fridge which will stop it from working correctly, check the door seal is closing against the edge of the cabinet all the way around before suspecting anything else. we do not currently have a video on Hotpoint but this video may helpwww.youtube.com/watch?v=Xd21H3cjraI just copy and paste into your browser.
