The ice maker is not working properly. It only produces one trayfull and stop there. It won't drop them into the container.

There is a small 'test' button on the ice maker. Press the button for a few seconds and the tray should 'cycle' dispensing ice and refilling. if it doesn't do this it suggests a faulty ice maker.
