I have a problem with my Samsung DA99-00530A. I have power to the RS21FCNS fridge freezer as the lights inside are working, however, the motor appears not to be working as it is not cooling or freezing and there is no sound. It was bought in 2005 is this

Hi there, it sounds as if the motor has failed - I'd recommend replacing.
