Does this button push & click to stay on and then push and click again to turn off.
I have had two replacement start buttons for my 44AW Tumble Dryer but neither will click and stay on. The drum revolves when the button is pushed and then stops when the pressure is released. Am I missing something or were both replacements faulty?

The switch only contacts momentarily, The problem is likely to be the relay board Stock Number: ES1561775
