Re problem of fan running constantly is the thermal switch mentioned the same thing as themal limiter syrrup thermostat, and is it located at rear of oven?

    We believe this is a 'thermal cut out' designed to shut the oven off if it overheats. You are looking for a 'thermal cut in' that would normally connect when the oven warms to start the fan.
