Fitted new element and wired it incorrectly

Thanks for the video, but I stupidly put the terminals back on incorrectly and plugged the live to earth and v.v. When I switched on there was a pop and now nothing works. element still show OK on a ohm meter, but there's no power to any of the three ovens. Any idea please? Is there a fuse or cutout I need to check/change?

If the cooker is hard wired it will have taken out the fuse in the fuse board or if it has trips it would have tripped that circuit, check that before suspecting anything else.
