I have a Zanussi ZBS 963 (I don't know if it is ZBS 963 or a ZBS 963 (94971171400) - don't know if it matters - and the inner glass window is now loose.
What do I need to buy to correct the situation ? The video of this section show how to replace the outer glass - not the inner. if i need to replace the whole door just to fix the glass, could you please give a part number to order ? presumably i will receive the whole door which i will just clip in to place ? Thanks for your help.
