I have a candy fridge freezer(cpca291ffk) the fridge tempreture control knob is set to the lowest setting but the fridge is still freezing things.

could it be the thermostat ? could it be the tempreture control knob needs to be replaced ? what other model fridge freezers have the same thermostat,and how much are they. many thanks.

    It sounds like you may need to replace your thermostat, which is the part that actually dictates what temperature your fridge is operating at. Although - you say the knob is turned to the lowest setting, is it not possible to turn it up a few notches to see the effect?
