I'm having trouble fitting this part can you offer any advise, it is the right part just cant seem to seperate the black inner part from the metal

Answer this Question (1 Answer)

  • It is a tight fit,and as a result pulled of more from the assembly than I would have liked. To remove the plastic from the metal nose piece, support the metal part and apply firm pressure to the the outlet pipe and the whole thing should pop out. On reassembly watch out for the little plunger that's operated by the on off switch,it has to go on top of the reciever. By mortimer - France - 25 June 2009
