my kb 40 40 need help

i have a problem with this pressure washer. i have replaced the lance seals the high pressure outlet seal to the lance, yet my machine still shunts and wont auto stop also the pressure is no where near as good as it used to be.. does this mean the unit is scrap? can it be an internal seal there does not appear to be any water leaking apart from a small drip at the inlet connector and can i access the machine easily for internal seals if need be
