looking for the correct remote
I am looking for a remote for a Matsui Tv for a relation. I have the remote with me but do not know the model of her tv. She is staying with me so unable to find out the model. It is several years old and she thinks it is a 24 inch. Is there a remote that is universal?

Hi Harvey I'm afraid I'll need a model number, as no universal remotes are truly universal, and there's every chance it wouldn't be compatible. Once I have the model number though, I'll be more than happy to find the right remote control for you.
