How do you change the knob for the fan oven please? I can't find any instructions

On most ovens the knob should simply pull straight off the control shaft behind, so try using gentle but firm force to do this. When replacing the knob, make sure the flat edge of the shaft is aligned correctly with the edge inside the knob before pushing it on.
