Adapter fitted on High Neck Tap pops out as soon as water is started. could you please advise if I am doing something wrong?
Hi, I received the Adapter yesterday and tried using it. But every time I start the water the adapter pops out due to water pressure. I am trying to fit it to a Kitchen High neck sink tap.

Hi Mandar, have you attached all washers correctly? Double check that you have all connections right. If that doesn't work, perhaps you got a faulty part, if that's the case, give us a call and we will sort a replacement for you.
