How long can the hose be on a creda tumble dryer ans is there a maximum vertical and horizontal length , and what diameter should the hose be

I am moving the dryer into the garage so looking for the best place to put it

    Generally vent hoses should be as short as possible and avoid ducting in a downward direction. They should be of a minimum diameter of 4 inch (100mm) and no longer than a couple of metres in length and avoid sharp bends.
