I have got two burners: 1 with a 7.5 cm diameter which does not work properly (ignition does not work) and 1 with a 7.2 cm diameter which works properly. So I am looking for a 7.2 cm...

Hi Robertsimplejob, this burner cap has a diameter of 10.0cm. There is a 7.0cm cap here: http://www.espares.co.uk/part/cookers-and-hobs/whirlpool/p/1092/278/0/0/496202/burner-cap-(medium).html, although I'm not sure if this will help you or not.
