my dishwasher dispenser kit doors cannot be locked. i wonder can i seal it permanently. then use the machine by putting washing tablet onto the basket for cutlery directly.

You will get a better result if the tablet or detergent is not released until the correct part of the cycle that is why the manufacturers fit a dispenser in their machines.
