I am getting no heat in the drum, although the drum is going through a cycle as normal. I have replaced the heater thinking that it had failed, but when I switched the machine back on again it is still not heating, any ideas ?

If your machine finishes a cycle it is likely to be heating, to prove run on an empty load on 90 and you will find heat. This may not be obvious on low temperature washes.
