What is the resistance of the heater element?

The tumble dryer is not heating properly and I suspect that a thermostat is the problem but I would like to know what the heater element resistance is so that I can verify that it is working correctly. There appear to be two thermostats fitted, do they have different part numbers or are they identical? Please advise if there is an easy way to test the thermostats? Thank you.
