Cycle does not heat the water?

I have Hoover WDM 130 01 Washer/Dryer and have option to use 90 degree wash as well. I have tried normal wash and found that the clothes or door does not heat up. Then used the button for 90 degree to see if that wash heats the water and again the door does not warm up like on another washing machine. Does it mean that the Washing Cycle Heater Element has gone and therefore have to order this ES474756. It's little pricey, but better getting new washine machine. Please help to assure my theory.

The heating element is the part that actually warms the water up, so if yours isn't getting hot at all it could well be that. I would however call Hoover to get a diagnosis on the phone as there is a chance it could be a problem with your thermostat instead...
