Does this regulate the griil element?
My current rotary control only works after twiddling it aoround the H indicator and then only the inner part of the element glows red. This can take several attempts before it works.

This item does not regulate the grill, the grill is controlled by the grill thermostat. The grill element outer does not glow red, only the inner part should glow.
