There is no steam comming out. I think it is the pump. Where can I buy a replacement pump and how do I fit it.

- I have put descaler in the water container but it is not going through the system as its not steaming, only heating up.

It is more likely if you are in a hard water area the appliance is blocked with limescale. Use a de-scaler like Stock Number: ES1541155
