my creda hob 43902 is 30 yrs old are these parts still compatible?

I notice replacement single regulator seems to have fewer terminals than dearer model and spacial arrangement different are terminals labelled the same as on dearer model?what is difference between item ES 811104 and ES1554151 they look the same tho latter somewhat cheaper is picture of replacement dual regulator Es1554151 accurate as it seems to have proper locating lugs unlike replacement single regulator?

    ES1554151 is a oven thermostat with a capillary and phial that locates in the oven to monitor and regulate the temperature. ES811104 is a regulator for controlling a hob ring.
